A sparkling ruby red in the glass. On the nose, delicate notes of red and dark berries, orange zest, dried herbs and forest soil. On the palate, a great freshness, very focused and straight forward with an acidity that gives the wine tension. The aftertaste is strong and aromatic. A great expression of grape variety and origin.
