Tasting note
Cuvée with character: dark berries, black cherry, some clove and a touch of vanilla on the nose. Round, juicy and smooth on the palate with beautiful fruit and well-integrated structure. Harmonious and versatile — a red wine with Piedmontese soul and international charm.
Vinification
Fermentation of the grape varieties separately in stainless steel tanks. Short aging in large wooden barrels to combine fruit, freshness and soft structure. Cuvée is made before filling.
