Tasting note
Intense aroma of wild roses, blackberries, wild strawberries and spices. Soft on the palate with pronounced notes of fresh fruit, mild tannins, tasty finish with notes of liquorice.
Culinary recommendation
This Nebbiolo Langhe DOC can be enjoyed on many occasions: steamed fish, especially stockfish), poultry, but also with vegetable gratin.
Vinification
After the grape harvest in mid-October, fermentation takes place for 23 days in cement tanks, with daily circulation. Ageing for approximately 12 months in 25 hl barrels of French oak from the Fontainebleau forests.
