About the wine
Sixty-three members are currently organized in Cantina Produttori. They cultivate almost 100 hectares of vineyards, mostly in the best locations in Barbaresco. These include Crus Asilli, Rabaja, Montestefano, Paié and Rio Sordo. As at the beginning almost 50 years ago, only one grape variety is cultivated, Nebbiolo. It is made into Barbaresco DOC, Riserva and Nebbiolo Langhe, and Riserva wines are only bottled in particularly good years. The wines were and have always been a faithful reflection of the region, the soil and the craft tradition. They beguile with a variety of aromas and are still relatively inexpensive.

Vinification
The “Nebbiolo delle Langhe” is the cooperative's base wine. The grapes are harvested in various vineyards around Barbaresco. The soils are clayey and chalky. Fermentation takes place in steel and aging in oak barrels for 6 months. Acidity 5.39 g/l, dry extract 30 g/l.
