About the wine
Picturesque and fertile landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Guidobono conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. With the special Langhe Nebbiolo DOC from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends.
Tasting note
In addition to its ruby red color, this Nebbiolo has a typical range of aromas on the nose: sweet cherry, blackberry, rose, leather, tar, tobacco and a touch of cedarwood form the inviting bouquet. These aromas are reflected on the palate and are supported by subtle tannins. This is a successful Nebbiolo from the Langhe, fruity and with a persistent finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, cheese, mushroom ragout, veal shank, ossobuco di vitello, beef shank, ossobuco di manzo, brasato, beef stew and beef appetizers.
Vinification
Aged for 8 to 9 months in oak barrels with a capacity of 600 liters
