About the wine
The philosophy of Giovanni Corino is based on the following basic principles: great attention to work in the vineyard in order to preserve the characteristics of the terroir while respecting nature. For this reason, products based on copper and sulfur are mainly used, without the use of pesticides. The sulfite content in the bottles is at least 50% less than what Italian law allows. During vinification, Corino tries to find the right balance between modernity and tradition.

Tasting note
Nebbiolo without wood insert. garnet red. Fresh, fruity and balanced. Nose: A complex bouquet of berries rises with some plums and spices. On the palate: dry, full-bodied and harmonious; the wine is rounded off by a medium-long finish.

Goes well with meat dishes, poultry, tuna.
