With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Garesio masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming countryside of Piedmont. Tasting note
Medium intensity ruby red. Notes of wild roses and wild strawberries, slight hints of pink pepper. Velvety tannin, good aromatic aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with starters, sausages, cheese, hot and cold pasta and meat dishes.
Vinification
Manual selection of grapes. Maceration on the skins for approx. 20 days, aging for approx. 12 months in French oak barrels
