This outstanding red wine 2017 — Langhe Nebbiolo DOC is a triumph down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Ettore Germano masters this red wine in the fertile and picturesque landscape of Piedmont. Tasting note
Medium ruby red. A bouquet of fresh fruit, cherries and blossoms. Full and warm on the palate with attractive round tannins. Long finish
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hot starters, pasta dishes and light meat dishes
Vinification
Fermentation for 3-4 days on the mash at 25°C. The juice is squeezed out before the wine is completely dry fermented. The rest of the fermentation then takes place without skins and the biological acid breakdown and the rest of the aging takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled in the summer of the following year
