Tasting note
Garnet red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit, spices and undergrowth notes. Harmonious on the palate with well-integrated tannins and a long finish.

Swiss cuisine, pasta, stews
Vinification
Fermentation of about 15 days at low temperatures, 24 — 28 °C, light pressing and aging in large Slavonian oak barrels for 10 months at a natural temperature of 18 °C, final aging for about 3 months in bottle.
