Tasting note
The Dolcetto develops a wonderfully fruity bouquet. With its almond aroma in the finale, this dry and velvety wine shows all its refinement.

Vinification
Natural fermentation without the addition of selected yeasts. Fermentation takes approximately twelve days at low temperatures (24—28 °C). After at least four months in the tank, the wine is bottled. It then rests in the bottle for at least a month.
