About the wine

With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Massolino masters this white wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Piedmont. Tasting note
Strong straw yellow, seductive notes of ripe fruit, and well-integrated minerality, which gives the wine a pleasant freshness. Warm, enveloping, mild and characterful on the palate with a long finish, an unmistakable structure of the Langhe terroir.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with marine and freshwater fish such as trout as well as with slowly braised, finely seasoned meat dishes made from light and dark meat.
Vinification
Some of it is aged in barriques, then on the fermentation yeasts for 6 months before being refilled and continuing its aging in the bottle for 6 months.
