Tasting note
Straw yellow with fine green reflections. Fresh and harmonious bouquet with notes of linden, citrus fruits (grapefruit and lime), tropical fruits and fresh herbs. The taste is fruity and fresh.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent aperitif wine. Excellent accompaniment to antipasti, light appetizers, fish dishes and even mozzarella di bufala.
Vinification
The rearing is Guyot. Vinification at controlled temperature in steel tanks. The aging takes place exclusively in chrome steel tanks so as not to impair the aromas and freshness. After remaining on the noble yeasts for approximately six months, natural clarification follows. Before being sold, the wine is left in the bottle for at least two months. The grapes for this Arneis are harvested in the Rivetti vineyard (Comune di Neive).
