Tasting note
Fresh aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by floral notes and subtle spicy nuances. Soft and juicy on the palate, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that leads to a long, harmonious finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with pasta with tomato sauce, grilled meat, pizza or an antipasti selection. It is also an excellent choice with hard cheeses such as pecorino or a charcuterie platter.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented traditionally. The wine ages partly in stainless steel and partly in large oak barrels to preserve the fruitiness and at the same time give structure.
