About the wine
Blooming and sunny landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Prunotto conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. This provocative white wine 2017 — Roero Arneis DOCG crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, notes of pears, melons, almonds and some bergamot. Elegant and rich in finesse. Very fresh, floral and fruity aromas (pear and citrus fruits) on the palate. A complex and fresh white wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish and vegetable appetizers.
Vinification
The Arneis grapes are pressed after harvesting and the must is fermented cool in stainless steel tanks. The young wine is then aged in steel tanks for four to five months.
