Tasting note
A subtle, very elegant nose with floral notes, apricots and Golden Delicious, also a delicate almond scent and linden blossoms. On the palate, there is a wonderfully balanced fruit, predominantly yellow-fruited, suitably complemented by citrus fruits. Lots of juiciness and charm in a balanced finish.
Culinary recommendation
But not only apéro. Crusts and shellfish as well as poultry go hand in hand. Please do not serve too cold at 10 to 12 degrees. It is very good for the aroma.
Vinification
Harvest at the beginning of September. The grapes are cooled, then pressed, fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
