Tasting note
Fresh, elegant white wine with a delicate straw-yellow color. On the nose, fine aromas of pear, green apple, white flowers and a hint of almonds. Lively on the palate, with fresh acidity, clear fruit and a slight mineral note. Ideal as an aperitif or with light appetizers — an authentic expression of Piedmontese Arneis.
Vinification
Gentle hand harvesting, direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging on fine yeast for several weeks — fresh, fruity and clear in expression.
