Tasting note
Elegant, very concentrated bouquet of red and black berries, accompanied by a touch of precious wood, spicy and roasted aromas. Full-bodied, massively tannin-rich structure. Very fruity, develops a lot of freshness and subtlety. A modern wine with pleasant acidity. His finale - great! Dense, very dark, almost black red.

Beef or game carpaccio, hearty meat dishes, game specialities, fresh and creamy soft cheese.
