The Azienda IL Borro, known for its impressive red wines, also demonstrates fine instinct and skill with white grape varieties, in particular Chardonnay. These vines grow on calcareous soil of maritime origin, and are thus full of mussel fossils. Fermentation at low temperature ensures that a maximum of fruit aromas are retained in the wine. The result is a white wine that delights with freshness and surprises with its powerful structure and fine spiciness — a wonderful taste experience.
