Lambrusco Dolce Quercioli Reggiano - Medici Ermete

Lambrusco actually has a bad reputation due to millions of cheapest bottles of dubious origin in supermarkets. However, the carefully produced wines from producers such as Medici cannot be compared with this. The typical violet-red indicates the rich fermentation aroma. Lots of floral scent, fermenting grape must, notes of cooked berries. Nice, non-aggressive mousse (foam), very sweet but not sticky with refreshing acidity, lots of grapes and candy flavors.
