Tasting note
On the nose, complex aromas of plums, ripe cherries and violets; on the palate, the wine delights with a persistent structure and dense tannins, which give the wine a great length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with the intense roasted aromas of grilled dishes — whether steaks, vegetables, BBQ pieces, poultry or fish.
Vinification
Selective manual harvesting of ripe grapes, followed by classic maceration for around two weeks, aging in barriques takes approximately one year before the wines are bottled and aged in the bottle for three months before being sold.
