Tasting note
A strong garnet red with violet reflections characterizes its color, its bouquet a delicate aroma with characteristic violets, cherry notes and delicate spicy notes in the background, which underline the full and round fruit flavor. Fine-grained tannins and a pleasant acidity support the long finish of this typical South Tyrolean wine.

Vinification
Mash fermentation in concrete containers, followed by biological acid degradation and aged for 10 months in large and small wooden barrels.
