Tasting note
Dark, almost impenetrable ruby red. The bouquet opens with increasing contact with air and shows rich fruit notes that are complemented by a finely spicy component. Powerful on the palate with lots of freshness, extremely straight and directly on present, well-integrated tannin. Long-lasting aftertaste and aftertaste.

Vinification
The grapes for the Riserva ferment in large oak barrels for approximately 15 days. The wine ages in 500 liter tonneaus for just under a year, then it is assembled and followed by a further three to four months in large oak barrels before bottling.
