Tasting note
In the glass, it shows its intense, bright rose-red color with salmon-colored reflections. On the nose, fruity aromas of raspberries, strawberries and a touch of tempting amarena cherry unfold. On the palate, Lagrein Rosé is juicy and soft, with a harmonious balance between freshness and fruity-fresh acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Asian dishes, poultry, aperitifs, fish.
Vinification
When perfectly ripe, winemakers selectively read them by hand. In the cellar, the must slowly ferments in stainless steel. For its harmonious character, Terlan Lagrein Rosé spends up to seven months on fine yeast.
