About the wine

Tasting note
Rich, impenetrable ruby red with purple reflections. This lagrein selection can be described as multi-faceted and extremely intense on the nose, which is both spicy and juicy fruity with a touch of licorice, coffee beans, vanilla beans, cloves and black tea, with aromas reminiscent of sour cherries and blueberries. Harmonious in taste with very compact and concentrated, complex aromas, which are rounded off not only by juicy fruit, but also by peppery spice and a slightly sweet shade of bitter chocolate and characterized by finely polished tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game, vegetables, stews, beef, Swiss cuisine, veal.
Vinification
Mash fermentation in steel tanks. Biological acid degradation and maturation for 18 months in barriques.
