Tasting note
Lagrein has a ruby and dark garnet red color, a spicy, fruity smell of roasted aromas, pepper and dark chocolate. As well as blackberries, cherries and violets. A wine with a very complex structure and intense aromas.

Goes well with game, roasts, dark meats and hard cheeses
Vinification
Fermentation in steel tanks, aging in new oak barrels and barriques for 16 months
