Tasting note
This wine is dark ruby red in the glass and seduces with a velvety berry nose, which is accompanied by delicate notes of violet. The well-integrated tannins provide a pleasant structure that underlines the full-bodied body. Vinification
Manual selection and desiccation of grapes. Mash fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After biological acid degradation, 12 months of aging in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels. Assemblage 2-3 months before bottling, followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
