Tasting note
A cuvée pressed from 80% Rabigato and 20% Gouveio, aged in steel tanks. The nose shows aromas of nectarines, yellow cherries, lemon peel and orange peel, plus fine notes of tropical fruits and a delicate herbal touch of lemon balm and verbena. On the palate, showing juicy, ripe fruit, invigorating, with good supporting freshness.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with salads, fish and seafood, such as octopus salad, grilled mackerel or mussels with herbs in white wine broth.
