Tasting note
The Lagar da Condesa glows in a bright straw yellow in the glass. Very floral notes on the nose with the scent of apple, pear, compote and lime. Very elegant on the palate with mineral notes and typical saltiness. Good body, pleasant freshness and a very long finish. Very suitable for crustaceans, seafood, but also with poultry and salad variations!

Vinification
The Lagar da Condesa comes from the eponymous winery owned by the Juan Gil winegrowing dynasty. The winery is located in picturesque Valle do Salnés in the wild region of Galicia. Albariño has been cultivated here on sandy granite in the pergola system for centuries. The Albariño grape is perfect for growing in this region due to its proximity to the ocean and the high rainfall. Some of the wine was fermented in oak barrels of 500 and 600 liters, the rest was stored on the lees for about four months. It is free from animal products and certified vegan.
