Tasting note
Crook, cozy guy with sparkling eyes. Heartfelt atmosphere, full of stories and aromas, dark fruit, meat, tobacco, coffee, never tired or cumbersome, but wide awake. Quick on the palate, extremely vital, lots of play, with invigorating acidity, moderate tannins, fresh finish. A wine for parties and lively gatherings!

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Goes perfectly with barbecue, pizza and red meat.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging in steel tanks, concrete tanks and large wooden barrels.
