Tasting note
Medium ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, aromas of red berries and dark stone fruits, spicy notes. Velvety tannins on the palate, medium-weight, melty and balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta, risotti.
Vinification
Traditional mash fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. This was followed by a further ageing of around 10 months in French and Slavonian barriques. This wine has a “DIAM” cone so that a cone flavor is prevented.
