About the wine
Pinot Grigio from La Solatìa was first presented in 2002, after the exploration of international grape varieties in Tuscany had already begun earlier. This wine, refined in typical Ruffino style, is characterized by its exceptional elegance and versatility. Its sophisticated touch perfectly highlights its character. Thanks to the latest use of ceramic amphores, the structure and aromatic intensity of the wine are further reinforced, making it a particularly fine choice.

Tasting note
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, pears, tropical fruits and floral accents on the nose. Elegant and fresh on the palate with a lively structure, juicy fruit and fine minerality. The aftertaste is long, harmonious and slightly spicy.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place partly in amphoras and partly in steel tanks, followed by a five-month aging period on the yeast.
