Tasting note
Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen, in der Nase Birnen, tropische Früchte und florale Akzente. Am Gaumen elegant und frisch mit lebendiger Struktur, saftiger Frucht und feiner Mineralität. Der Abgang ist lang, harmonisch und leicht würzig.
Vinification
Die Gärung findet teils in Amphoren, teils im Stahltank statt, gefolgt von einer fünfmonatigen Reifezeit auf der Hefe.
