About the wine
A fine, elegant rosé from South Tyrol: delicate aromas of red berries, rose hips and some citrus. Fresh, juicy and harmonious on the palate with a mineral aftertaste. A stylish, versatile rosé for many occasions.

Vinification
La Rose de Manincor is the juice extract from best batches of red wine every year. How to change The variety composition and character A little bit every year. The juice was extracted after 6 to 12-hour maceration time and the must Fermented in wooden barrels, sometimes spontaneously with the grape's own yeasts. During the five-month maturation The aroma and taste were refined on the fine yeast.
