About the wine
Can Sumoi produces natural wines according to biodynamic principles and only with minimal intervention in the vineyard and winemaking. The local grape varieties Parellada, Xarel·lo and Sumoll grow at an altitude of 600 m above sea level and are a reflection of their origin.
Tasting note
La Rosa from the completely biodynamic and organic Can Sumoi winery impresses on the nose with wonderful and clear apricot notes, followed by subtle notes of orange blossom and ripe apples. It is juicy and playful with a brilliant freshness on the palate that is reminiscent of grapefruit and orange peel. The long-lasting finish confirms the overall fruity impression, which impresses with a great structure and balanced acidity.
