About the wine
The plot on the Larzac high plateau is rich in limestone and the soils are extremely poor. The isolation from other wineries, the constantly blowing north wind and the oak forests protect the vines from diseases. There are almost optimal conditions for the production of biologically dynamic wines. Reserve d'O is controlled and certified by both Ecocert and Demeter. The wines impress with their very high cleanliness and are sulfur-free of perfect quality.

Tasting note
Rich ruby red. The nose is dominated by aromas of garrique herbs such as thyme and wild fennel. You can also find gooseberries, cassis, currants and spices. Dense and round, with lovely freshness, rounded off with subtle tannins. A wonderful Mediterranean natural wine, free from any additives and aids.
