About the wine

75% Grenache, 14% Mourvèdre, the rest Syrah, Counoise and Vaccarèse. The vines are around 60 years old. Constantly changing terroir bouquet, graphite, leather, white pepper, olives, rosemary, cherries, blueberries. Compact on the palate, extremely refined and multi-faceted, clear, fresh, silky tannins and infinitely long-lasting. A wine to relax in. Decant beforehand.
