About the wine
The winery is 75 hectares in size and is located in Combaillaux, 15 km northwest of Montpellier in southern France. La Jasse means shady space for humans and animals. The large, umbrella-shaped plane tree in the vineyard offers protection from the burning sun in midsummer. The plane tree has thus become the domain's trademark.

Tasting note
Color Dark red. Nose hints of red fruits, cherries and cocoa, laurel and thyme. Palate: Red fruits with a fine freshness and delicate powdery tannin. On the finish, a very fine woody aroma that further underlines the elegance of the fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, game, grilled red meat, cheese and even a chocolate dessert.
