About the wine
The Berthet-Bondet La Queue Au Renard AOC Côtes Du Jura Rouge is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Poulsard. After the grapes were picked by hand, they were sorted and completely destemmed. It was then mashed in steel tanks for a week and, after pressing, also aged for a total of 12 months. It was then filled unembellished and unfiltered

Tasting note
La Queue Au Renard by Berthet-Bondet shows a bright ruby red in the glass. It smells of ripe, red berries, sour cherries, with slight animal notes. On the palate, it has lots of juice and freshness as well as a fine-grained tannin. Lightly chilled, it goes well with spicy meats.

Goes well with meat, rice & legumes and risotto
