Tasting note
Ruby red color. Fruity and fresh on the nose, with black and red cherries, wild berries, Mediterranean herbs and fine notes of orange peel. Juicy and fresh on the palate, with intense fruit and velvety texture. A wine full of character from the Terra Alta that can be combined with a wide variety of dishes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stew, stews and duck.
Vinification
Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged for 10 months in French and Hungarian 500-liter barrels.
