About the wine
In the glass, it appears in a dark cherry color. On the nose, a bouquet of black fruits and spices, with notes of black cherry, blackberry and clove, supported by menthol and cocoa bean notes. The palate has a fine and smooth structure. Aromas of black fruit, cocoa and pink pepper develop. Finally, a spicy finish with young but promising tannins.

Vinification
Aged for 21 months in 228 liter French oak barrels, 500 liter Demi-Muids and 2000 liter foudres — 12 months aging of the final blend.
