Tasting note
Intense and persistent notes of blackcurrants and blackberries. Silky and supple tannins, a fruity wine that requires more. Intense scarlet red with ruby reflections.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, papet vaudois (Vaudois leek dish) with saucisson, bratwurst with hash browns, beef stew, fondue bacchus, tomme with truffle filling.
