Tasting note
You rarely meet really old Finos. La Panesa comes from a solera from 1961, and Hidalgo waits over 15 years until it bottles a small part of the oldest barrels annually. The result is a bouquet rich sherry, with a light yellow-golden color and an exquisite, dry taste of buttery grapes. There are also seductive aromas of dried nuts and a salty note in the harmoniously long finish.
