Tasting note
Light lemon yellow with greenish reflections — on the nose and on the palate, the wine shows primary fruit notes of apples, pears, peaches and apricots. Subtle notes of brioche and biscuit are the result of approximately one year of storage on yeast in cement tanks. The wine is dry and of medium acidity and body. The 65% Viura and 35% Garnacha Blanca come from various vineyards around Laguardia.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light fish dishes, seafood, grilled vegetables or salads.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and fruitiness. The wine is bottled young and fresh to underline its lively aroma.
