Tasting note
Straw yellow color. Complex nose with aromas of ripe, red apples and ripe, partly already candied citrus fruits, accompanied by a slightly spicy note of star anise and floral notes. On the palate, this white wine is full, with a lot of pressure and power and ends with a long finish. Only 1198 bottles were filled!
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented in concrete amphoras and then aged in 500-liter oak barrels for twelve months.
