Tasting note
The La Muse 2012 is deep ruby red. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruits, spices and subtle wood notes develop. On the palate, it shows a harmonious balance between fruit, acidity and tannins, with a long and elegant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fine meat dishes such as dry-aged beef cutlet, Irish lamb carré or aged mountain cheese.
Vinification
The grapes come from carefully selected micro-crus in Sonoma County. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels.
