Tasting note
La Miranda, based on a woman's name, was the single location — Pago in Spanish. The nose is seductive: intense aromas of fresh, fruity and ripe, dried fruits. This is accompanied by subtle roasted and spicy notes. The palate has a fresh fruit structure, which is supported by a juicy tannin texture. The tannins still have slight edges and corners in their youth, which goes well with this tinto, which persists in the aftertaste.

Goes well with mushroom starters, stews, rabbits, paella, roast beef

Aged for eight months in barriques (French oak)
