Tasting note
Golden yellow color. La Malpagada shows an aromatic and complex bouquet, with primary aromas of stone fruit, with peach standing out, as well as complex aromas of brioche and honey. On the palate, it is creamy, with lots of body and very polished tannins and a present acidity that gives it balance. This white wine goes well with light fish dishes and white meats.
Vinification
6 months on lees in new French oak barrels.
