Tasting note
Stylish start, fruity and persistent finish. Well balanced between acidity and tannin. In the finish, the forest fruits and roasted notes stand out in particular.

Grilled pork, paella, hard cheese
Vinification
The hand-picked grapes are selected on sorting tables. Fermentation then takes place at 24°C for 19 days. The wine continues to mature for a further 12 months in oak barrels that are one to three years old.
