The fertile and beautiful landscapes of Vaud give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Swiss winery Bolle conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The mild white wine 2016 — La Licorne Le Viognier barrique La Côte AOC is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. Tasting note
Color: green-yellow color with golden reflections; bouquet: typical aromas of apricot and peach; palate: generous start, with a touch of wood, aromas of fresh mango. A wine that is better drunk young.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with scallop carpaccio, fish, gratinated langoustines, melon and raw ham, foie gras with mango chutney, poultry or white meat.
Vinification
Now partially aged in oak barrels, this great seducer, with its elegant, pale color and complex aroma profile, is a limited production wine.
