About the wine
In 1930, the Terreni alla Maggia agricultural estate was established in the Maggia river delta. The agricultural and wine-growing area of around 130 hectares is located in the municipalities of Ascona, Locarno, Gordola and Avegno. Since 1950, wine has been cultivated in addition to agriculture and poultry farming.

Tasting note
The focus is on white and yellow flowers, which are reminiscent of yellow roses and acacias. Yellow with copper reflections. Full and dry with good acidity, good balance and harmony on the palate, a bit of saltiness and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif riche, fish and starters.
Vinification
Harvest by hand, immediately separating the juice from the mash, then fermentation at a controlled temperature.
